WHAT IS
BUSHIDOKAN KARATE
The
Bushidokan Art is a combination of Okinawan Karate, Judo, and
Jijitsu, with the primary emphasis on Karate. The Karate
portion of Bushidokan's training is quite similar to
Shorin-ryu- definitely Okinawan in Ancestry. Bushidokan is
best suited for these interested in effective street

Info - Michael started back in martial arts back in 1992' at
the
SPOKANE KARATE
CENTER . He trained under 6th dan Matt David . And trained in
Kickboxing under Marc Costello a world class and ranked fighter
back in the PKA days of Kickboxing. Marc fought many world
champions and fought several 15 round fights aswell. ( Marc
was ranked number 1" and 2" in the world for more than
5years.) Michael competed all over the Inland N/W and also
fought in Canada on cable television for a Pacific N/W Muay
Thai Title. Michael also did several seminars with Bushidokan
Founder, Jim " Ronin " Harrison. In 2002' he opened the Now
very popular TKO KICKBOXING CENTER. AKA-TKO FIGHTING ARTS.
(Now owned and operated by Blackbelt Dwane Cook..) We worked
with some great martial artist and schools and put on the
first ( 2 ) fight cards at the Northern Quest Casino back in
2004'... Now after the last 2 years of training at Global
Fitness and the awesome Gold's Gym, we now have our new home
on Newport Hwy. The Dojo (Gym) is about 2000 sq feet and ready
to make it's grand opening Jan 4th 2010' with some new classes
that include two new kids classes..( Kid's Classes will be
